Our simple Design-Build Process
- 1. Planning & Agreement: The client and the design-build team agree on the project goals, budget, and timeline. A single contract is signed which covers everything needed to design and build.
- 2. Our design team (architects, engineers, etc.) creates the plans and designs for the project, working closely with everyone to ensure their vision is captured.
- 3. Pre-Construction: The design-build team finalizes plans, gets necessary permits, and prepares the site. Detailed cost estimates are provided, and the construction schedule is set.
- 4. Construction: The construction team builds according to the approved designs. The design-build team manages the entire process, ensuring the project stays on time and within budget.
- 5. Completion & Handover: Once construction is finished, the project is reviewed, any final adjustments are made, and the completed project is handed over to the client.

If a contractor gives you a price without seeing or understand your project, run for the hills. We can give general pricing for standard construction styles, but we don’t give a real price until we’ve seen and understand the project.
